Terms version 16 October 2026, applying from the programme launch
Please read and accept these terms before applying. Participation begins only after Brazilianjiujitsugi approves and activates your account.
1. Participation
Applicants must be at least 18, sign in and accept these terms. Brazilianjiujitsugi reviews applications manually and may decline an application. There is no follower minimum, guaranteed approval or promised earnings. Only approved, active creators can earn commission.
2. Referral attribution
A referral link is eligible when the customer explicitly consents to marketing cookies and completes a purchase within 30 days; the last eligible creator link receives attribution. A customer-entered creator code overrides link attribution. Codes are for attribution, not discounts. Consent choices, ad blockers and use of another device may prevent link attribution.
3. Commission
Commission is 15% of the eligible paid product subtotal after merchandise discounts. Shipping and tax are excluded. Purchases made through your own link or code do not qualify.
4. Eligibility review
Commission becomes eligible only after payment and delivery are confirmed and 30 days have passed since delivery, with no unresolved dispute or pending refund. Dashboard figures may change during review.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
For a partial refund, the eligible merchandise commission is multiplied by the remaining order grand total divided by the original order grand total. A full refund or lost chargeback reduces that commission to zero. Any overpayment may be offset against future earnings.
6. Payouts
The owner checks net eligible balances monthly and arranges manual payouts when the balance is at least $50 USD. The payout method is agreed privately. You must provide the required compliance and payment details privately before payout. There are no automatic transfers or guaranteed payout dates.
7. Content and disclosure
Use only content you own or are licensed to use. Clearly disclose your commission, any gift and any other material connection with each endorsement. Do not make false claims about the products (for example about fit, shrinkage, competition legality or origin), do not claim a partnership, sponsorship or academy endorsement that does not exist, and do not publish fake reviews.
8. Fair use and changes
Spam, cookie stuffing, impersonation, misleading coupon listings and unauthorised ads on Brazilianjiujitsugi brand keywords are prohibited. Brazilianjiujitsugi may suspend participation for abuse; existing valid earned commissions will be reviewed. Changes apply prospectively, and the accepted terms for a conversion remain fixed.
